oh hello glad to see you came back

The sun is out and spring is in the air!
I am super excited that finally the weather is turning and I think that it will stop snowing once a week (knock on wood.) There is still snow on the mountains but it is melting fast. In comes the good weather and going for picnics. I even got to spend the day in between classes sitting in the grass in the school pavilion reading a book and soaking in the rays. I am even starting to get a healthy tint on my skin and I LOVE IT!!! Hello spring I missed you so much and I'm am so glad you are back!!! I plan to have a picnic this weekend to usher in the good tidings of another amazing year! Spring puts me in such wonderful mood. Right now I am sitting in my apartment with all the windows and doors open. I can hear some people laughing and playing catch with a football outside. This is the time of the year that makes me smile just to be alive!!! Happy Spring Everyone!!!

kitty witty poo bear honey bunches of oats, yep thats my kitties name! ima skeeze.

So another persona that I had to adopt for my speech was that of a Cat lady, thank fully my dear roommate Karina could help me prepare my look and Robert let me use his home and amazing cat for the pictures!!!

So i'm pretty sure that being a cat lady is probably my call in life, other than that I think that my other persona that was created for the speech would probably work. If I was born a man i am convinced that I would be the biggest skeeze there is on the planet. For those of you that don't know, the word skeeze means disgusting, creepy, gross, slutty and offensive. It is a word that was formed mixing the words skank and sleeze. Urbandictionary.com defines skeeze as being  Someone who excessively flirts with others, or generally treats others, in a suggestive or greasy manner.
The third and final persona that I had to create was that of the super creepy skeeze of all greasy nasties. Thank you Karina again for doing my makeup and making me into a grotesque creature. Thanks also go to Emily for dressing me and flattening my boobs and to Kelsi for providing my man bling.

Altogether with the grandma pictures I have in another post you can see the three different characters I had to become for my speech as a part of the forensics team.

spring break

Spring break was quite a trip this year! My aunt and I drove back to my house in Oregon, the drive over took around 15 hours but it was a blast! We switched off driving while my little niece alternated between sleeping in the back of the car and running around rest stops. Most of the pictures I took were of my niece because she is so stinking cute!!!

After spending the hours driving we finally arrived at my parents house. Marynell got to be the little farmer and     mooed like a little cow herself when she went up to the barn to help feed the cows since it was dinnertime when we got there.

Unfortunately my dad had to take off the morning after I got there but I got to hang out with him for a little while at least. I love my dad and I miss him like crazy when I am gone. He is such a goofy old man!

Can you see any family resemblance?

We got to go to the beach too when we were in Oregon which was nice, there was only one day that didn't rain and lucky for us it was the day we went to the beach.

We only got to stay at my parents house for a couple of days but I'm glad that I got to hang out with the people there and say hello to some of the people I miss!

We went up to my twin's house in Southern Oregon after that for a couple of days. Colt and Courtney were amazing for letting us crash on his couch! We went all over town, checking out his college and playing with his puppy Max. We even went bowling! Which by the way I have to point out that Marynell got a 97 and Colt only got like a 73 and they both used bumpers! What a little star! Courtney was the best auntie ever, she helped Marynell with all of her tries at bowling, they were quite the team! It was super cute! I love, love, love bowling so I was really happy that we could go out and do that together.

Im really glad that I got to go home and see my family and some of my friends. It made the school year so much more bearable to have them as a part of my life!!!

get off my lawn

For a speech that I am performing on the Forensics team at my college I have to have what are called visual aids. They are pictures that I show along with my speech that enhance it. My speech is a comedy piece and I am talking about grandparents for a section and needed a picture of an old woman. To make it funnier I had my roommates dress me up and do my makeup so that I  could be the old woman. So a big shout of thanks go to Jennifer, Karina and Derek for dolling me up! I walked around my apartment complex like this and got whistled at! I even got to yell at some kids to get off my lawn, it was fantastic!
